The first class in Access Consciousness is The Bars®.
There are 32 points on your head which, when gently touched, effortlessly and easily release anything that doesn’t allow you to receive. It’s like hitting the delete button on your computer. All of the thoughts, feelings, and emotions that keep you stuck, that keep you repeating the same patterns in your life over and over again, are released.
These points contain all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions and considerations that you have stored in any lifetime. This is an opportunity for you to let go of everything!

What occurs during class?
This class is a one-day, hands-on class in which participants learn the Bars points and participate in gifting two Bars sessions and receiving two Bars sessions.
