Watch Your Thoughts!

To understand the essence of life we really need to be in touch with our own selves, particularly our deepest selves: to get closer and closer to who we really are and understand that the power of fulfilling our destiny is in us and not outside us.
We start to learn the thinking patterns very early in life: from our parents or caretakers, from our environment, from the society. Most of the time we are not even aware about this and even when somebody points this out, it is very uncomfortable to actually admit and recognize that these might not even be ours…we just copied them and “saved” them as “programs“ into our “hard drive“, which is the subconscious. And we continue to run these programs over and over again.
As nothing we think or do remains without consequences and The Law of Attraction works everywhere and with everything, we often end up discovering that we live a life we do not recognize as being ours…and we really wonder how did we get there.
Do not underestimate the power of the “programming” which was passed down from generation to generation in form of: inherited emotions and inherited core beliefs.
