Twin Survivors – Self-help and Hints About Healing

Lost Twin Syndrome and what you can do about it

After the own intense experience into this topic I got to an important realization:

The one who manages to handle the loss of the twin(s) by making peace with who he is and where he is, manages to get to his true essence. And not less important, he can also see easily in others who they really are. Being a “surviving twin” is a blessing by the very fact that the person is a sensitive one, a natural empath.

When you get to the moment to realise that you were part of  twins, the most important thing is to “make contact” with the lost one. Energetically, but very often also emotionally he is still there…hanging on ….and influencing your subconscious mind.

You, as a survivor, need to keep in mind the following healing steps:

  1. admitting that there’s an unknown part of you which is working with other rules than the conscious ones.
  2. healing the relationship with your twin(s) – looking into damaging subconscious core beliefs (with Psych-K), making relationships balances with the twin(s), releasing trapped emotions from the womb time.
  3. healing the relationship with your inner child – your inner child is hanging on those nice, paradise times when in the womb was perfect harmony and it felt like heaven. It is equally important to look into your damaging, subconscious core beliefs (with Psych-K), making relationships balances with your inner child at different ages, releasing trapped emotions from the womb time.
  4. releasing trapped emotions which can be the surviving twin’s emotions or emotions absorbed from the lost twin.

Surviving twins come with fear in life and seem to go mostly into relationships that are based on the fear to lose the other one. Once you heal this, there is a completely different quality for the relationships in your life: without fear and based on love and trust.  The deep pain which was there since prenatal times is not there anymore.

TIP 1: consider the higher self of your twin(s) in your spiritual work!
TIP2: the high sensitivity should be seen as a present and used for building up relationships and not bringing them down

What are the main topics to explore if you are a surviving twin:

  • looking at your own patterns of behaviour;
  • feelings;
  • memories;
  • body sensations;
  • dreams;
  • drawings;
  • tales and poems that you like
  • the mother’s pregnancy and birth
